Using Help

1. If the user is reading after the demo sounds and there is no sound signal in the interface. 
  (1) Please check if microphone jack is inserted.
  (2) Please check if the volume of microphone is high enough.
  (3) The microphone configuration skill: Please drag the slider to 2/3 of the track bar of the volume of the microphone.


2. If the user enters every interface from the main interface for the first time, the speed of the interfaces shift is a little slow.
  The phenomenon is because of the configuration, but it has no effect on the use of the program.


3. If the user cannot pass the Speech Recognition in the Follow section
  Please pay attention to the reading skills:
  (1) "Follow" in the "Characters" section: Read clearly and loudly.
  (2) "Follow" in the "Words" section: Because the pronunciations of each character in every word are close to one another, the user cannot read every character separately. 
  (3) "Follow" in the "Sentences" or in the "Role Playing" section: Please follow the system guide and wait until the color of the present sentence becomes red and the whole sentence is complete.


4. While the user is reading after the demo sounds, the system is constantly monitoring the user's pronunciation.
  The phenomenon is relevant to users' computer RAM, so they can run the program once again.


5. When the system prompt "Softdog" hasn't been found, but it has been inserted:
  Please remove the "Softdog" and insert it once again.


6. Under Non-Chinese operating system, parts of characters cannot be displayed regularly:
  The phenomenon happens because some other software the user installed is colliding with the software Let's Speak Chinese". Please uninstall this kind of software.
