OutsourcingSoft assigns two leaders (Project manager and Project Consultant) for each project plus a general monitoring group (Quality Assurance Team):
Project Manager (PM). Project manager also work as a technical leader for the project. He is responsible for the technical success of the project, he coordinate development team and makes sure everything gets delivered on time with high quality
Project Consultant. Project consultant is responsible for communication between customer and development team. He is a single point of contact for all client communication issues-report and update requirements, status tracking and so on. All OutsourcingSoft project consultants are fluent English speakers and have been fully trained with SEI CMMI process.
Quality Assurance Team. Lead by senior management, audits and review all project progress on a monthly basis. |
