OutsourcingSoft's standard project development process has been mostly influenced by SEI CMM Level 5 process:
Requirement Gathering
During this phase, the team and the customer define the business requirements and the overall goals of the project. Potential risks will also be identified at this stage. The requirement gathering phase culminates indicates that our development team and customer agree on the project overall direction. Requirement book will be signed off by customer
Planning, Analyzing & Designing
The development team plans the development and makes requirements more specific. The end of the phase is marked by the approval of the project design document are approved by the customer.
Implementation
During the implementation phase, the team moves from project design into the projects development themselves. Coding, unit testing, integration testing will be performed under project management.
Maintenance
This phase is start after software initial release, the team collects and integrates feedback on the current released version, resolves project-related issues, correct defect founded, and prepares for the next release.

Development And Integration
While we develop the project, we have ongoing coordination with customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress and to take any changes into account. We seek feedback on a regular basis and integrate this into the development process along with risk and quality management. |
